We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team for a one-year fixed term contract in Espoo, Finland. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and attracting top talent while collaborating on talent retention strategies. You will be part of a dynamic and highly international team and will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Your contributions will help build a strong and inclusive company culture. We work in a hybrid model and hope you can join us at the office twice a week. The salary for this role will be 3700-4200 euros per month gross.
YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL:
Manage entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, using various channels such as social media, different job boards, and Linkedin Recruiter.
Conduct initial screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
Develop and promote a compelling employer brand through company events, and career fairs. Collaborate with the HR Manager to implement best practices for attracting and retaining talent, including employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information using ATS and CRM systems. Utilize analytics tools effectively to track and improve recruitment metrics.
Work cross-functionally with departments such as account management, development and administration. Establish feedback mechanisms to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Implement strategies for attracting a diverse pool of candidates and reduce biases in the hiring process.
IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OF MUST-HAVES:
Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Experience in Tech recruitment.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Good sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
Experience using Linkedin Recruiter.
Excellent communications skills in English.
