And now we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our core team in Espoo, Finland to shape and deliver high-quality user experiences across our entire platform including back office to frontend and mobile. You will play a key role in defining how our products look, feel, and function for both operators and end users. We work in a hybrid model and hope you can join us at the office twice a week. Salary for this role will be 4800-5000€/month gross.

YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL:

• Drive the overall user experience quality across web, mobile, and back-office systems

• Define and maintain user flows, interaction patterns, UI standards, and design rationale

• Create high-quality design artefacts including user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications

• Translate user stories into UI/UX flows in close collaboration with Product Managers and Product Owners

• Lead and contribute to the design system and component framework

• Plan, conduct, and present user research and usability testing

• Turn research findings into actionable insights for product and development teams

• Maintain a design backlog aligned with product roadmaps

• Support Agile refinements by ensuring design requirements are clearly reflected in Jira

• Act as a mentor and support for other designers

• Collaborate closely with product, development, and customer teams

• Create and support with data-driven decisions

IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OF THE MUST-HAVES:

• Strong interest in product development and deep knowledge of design thinking

• Extensive experience with UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms

• Strong background in user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions

• Highly emphatic with a sharp eye for accessibility and simplifying complex workflows

• Advanced expertise in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and collaboration workflows

• Comfortable designing for complex administrative and back-office environments

• Experience creating user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specs

• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence (Miro is a plus, not required)

• Ability to work sprint-by-sprint with Product Managers and Product Owners

• Willingness to mentor other designers and contribute to a strong design culture
