Finnplay is now looking for an Scrum Master to join our passionate and fun team. The Scrum Master will help our development team to build better process using agile methodologies. This role is located in Espoo, Finland and we expect you to come to our office in Keilaniemi at least twice a week. Salary for this role will be 4000-4500 euros per month.

YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL:

• Facilitating sprint events (daily, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retro, demo) and team health check
• Supporting the Product Owner in sprint and story preparation and resource planning
• Supporting the team in risk and impediment management, autonomy and ownership
• Ensuring smooth progress towards sprint goals
• Proactively collaborating with other stakeholders

IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OF THE MUST-HAVES:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree of computer science or information technology
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
•  At least 3 years of experience in Scrum Master position
• Strong knowledge of scrum principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Good knowledge of project management tools, such as Jira, Miro
• A deep understanding of agile principles
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of multiple Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to combine and adapt different Agile models based on project needs
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English
