We are now looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team! As a Project Manager, you will be leading a project team and responsible together with your team for delivering Finnplay’s platform and services to our client. This role is located in Espoo, Finland and we expect you to come to the office at least twice a week. Salary for this role will be 4200-4500€/month gross.

YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL:

• Lead and support the team to ensure aligned priorities and successful, on-time delivery of shared goals.

• Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements; support estimation and ensure clear documentation to enable effective implementation.

• Plan and coordinate client frontend development activities, ensuring proper version control, release planning, and quality standards.

• Oversee test planning and execution, manage test scope and resources, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

• Supporting audits and assisting the Compliance team by providing the scope of latest changes.

• Plan and supervise releases in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth deployments and audit readiness.

• Monitor, prioritize, and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution and continuous service improvement.

IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OF MUST-HAVES:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant experience. 

• Experience in project management role in the Software industry.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Strong experience with requirement gathering and analyzing.

• Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing environments, and handle project challenges effectively. 

• Excellent communication skills in English. 

• Experience with leading software development team.
