Finnplay is now looking for an Account Manager to join our passionate and fun team, in Espoo, Finland. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for understanding how our client’s operate, evolving that relationship and elevating the communication between Finnplay project teams and client teams. As the main point of contact, your role will be to direct support where necessary and to share information with relevant departments while keeping the client updated. This role is located in Espoo, Finland and we expect you to come to our office in Keilaniemi at least twice a week. Salary for this role will be 3800-4200 euros per month.
YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL:
- Managing relationships with our existing clients.
- Being the first point of contact with our clients, working closely with Finnplay’s management, delivery, and development teams.
- Maintain and develop customer contacts through structured account management and plans.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide superb service and gaming experience tailored to them across all products.
- Support customer profitability; understand client’s business priorities, and communicate it within team internally.
- Acquire knowledge of customers and build profiles including target markets and trends; help the client develop new strategies to enhance their commercial success.
- Maintain customer data in systems in accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinate contracts, work orders, and invoicing processes efficiently.
IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OF THE MUST-HAVES:
- 3 - 4 years prior experience in a similar Account Management role, preferably in iGaming and/or software industry.
- Proven ability to manage your own portfolio of customers across different jurisdictions.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and communicate client priorities.
- Strong organisational skills, experience with Atlassian / JIRA / Trello is a plus.
- Educational background in Business Administration or a related field (BBA preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (no Finnish skills required).
- A proactive problem-solving approach to your work. When something breaks or needs a solution to be delivered, you’ll find the resources and the solutions.
- Willingness to develop professionally and learn new skills.
