Now we are looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team! As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead one or more project teams and be responsible for delivering Finnplay’s platform and services to our clients. You will also guide other Project Managers with your knowledge and experience. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of project management in the software industry and the ability to lead a team. The candidate shall also have the experience of delivering large and complex projects from inception to completion. This role is located in Espoo, Finland and we expect you to come to the office at least twice a week. Salary for this role will be 5000-6000 euros per month. 

YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL:

• Manage the project team to achieve the common goal of delivery
• Utilize requirement management skills to gather, analyze and estimate the requirements to support implementation
• Plan and manage development work of the client frontend, with proper release and version control
• Manage and coordinate the test resources, test cases and scope
• Plan and supervise the release with internal and external stakeholders, and support the auditing
• Manage and track supporting tickets
• Guide and support other Project Managers

IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OF THE MUST-HAVES:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant experience
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in project management
• Experience in delivering large and complex projects
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with requirement gathering and analyzing
• Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing environments, and handle project challenges effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience with leading a software development team
